I bought an AC from Jeevan Jee Refrigeration Engineers, Lajpat Nagar, on 18/04/19. The Model no on the bill is LWA18CPXA, but the model no on the AC is LWA18GWXA. I don’t know if that will be a warranty issue. The product reached me on 18/04/19. The guy set up the AC, signed the papers, and left. That’s when I noticed the model number on the AC box, which was different than the one ordered. I had asked in the showroom a hundred times, and this guy Shubham had a response every time: 100% you will get it. After many positive reviews, I decided on LG, but this shop is disappointing.
